Gyrotonic® Ann Arbor & The Movement Center offers personalized pilates and Gyrotonic® training in a serene setting. Natural sunlight floods this downtown Ann Arbor loft, creating a calming atmosphere ideal for focusing on your body and relaxing your mind.
We also offer education for movement professionals, or those looking to pursue a new career in STOTT pilates or Gyrotonic®. We offer private training and small group classes. We are happy to work with you to set up a program that not only works for your body and goals, but also for your schedule and budget.
The Movement Center opened in its original Liberty Street location in 1999 and since its beginnings has strived to provide the highest level of pilates and Gyrotonic® training in a supportive, non-competitive environment.
Our pilates and Gyrotonic® trainers are passionate about their work and pursue extensive continuing education in order to address the widest possible range of physical goals and conditions, from
