The Movement Center offers personalized training in a private, quiet setting. Natural sunlight floods this downtown loft, creating a serene atmosphere ideal for focusing on your body and relaxing your mind. Equipment includes the Gyrotonic®Pulley Tower, two Gyrotonic®Cobras, Gyrotonic®ladder, pilates reformer, cadillac, chair, and small barrels, with more equipment arriving soon! We offer private training and small group classes. We are happy to work with you to set up a program that not only works for your body and goals, but also for your schedule and budget.
