Group class

The Movement Center offers a variety of classes at both of our studios, including:

  • Small Group classes (four to eight people)
  • Private sessions
  • Duet sessions (two people sharing a session)
  • Teacher Training in Pilates, Gyrotonic® and Gyrokinesis® Training
  • Self-guided (workout on your own, without a trainer or class instructor)

Pilates

  • Taught by an experienced practitioner
