Cancellations
Refunds are only given if cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance. The full fee will be charged if a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or in the event of a “no show.” Contact us via phone, email or in person if you need to cancel a session.
Packages
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. They are valid for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise indicated.
Group class packages are valid for three or six months from date of purchase, depending on the type of package.
Perfume and Phone Use
Please refrain from using perfumes or other heavily scented products, out of respect for our clients with chemical sensitivities and allergies.
Cell phones should be set to vibrate or silent. Please keep cell phone use to a minimum, and keep conversation quiet so as not to disturb others.
